Mac Users
Mac users will need to use Windows Media Player or the Quicktime player to view video clips. Although RealPlayer does work on many Macintosh systems, its performance has been unreliable on several of our test systems. Your best bet will be to avoid it altogether.

Also for Mac users - Downloading MP3 audio files - Macs automatically shorten our long file names and often clip off the extension: ".mp3" In order for you to play the file you will need to rename it with ".mp3" at the end of file name.
